Founded in 2009 as AfriCanadaTv and rebranded as AfriCanada Stream in 2023, the organization spotlights the achievements, challenges, and contributions of Canadians of African origin and the broader Black community in Canada.
AfriCanada Stream amplifies Black entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders across the country. It also covers African official delegations and trade missions during their visits to Canada, and remains open to any other Canadian or Canadian government matter that concerns the Black community, with particular attention to Canadians of African origin.
Headquartered in Toronto, it operates nationally with bilingual French-English coverage reaching diverse stakeholders across Canada.
Founded by Mr. William Muyuku, AfriCanada Stream is today supported by a multidisciplinary professional team and stands as a trusted platform promoting equitable representation and shared prosperity for African-Canadian communities.
